The long drought is almost over

First of all, I can't believe I missed my one year Famesters anniversary. I was going to mark the occasion with a picspam or something but life has been really crazy lately and it just slipped my mind. Oh, well. Happy belated anniversary to me, and to Famesters for surviving its first year! *throws confetti*

I'm really excited that, for me, the strike hiatus is coming to an end very soon. I've missed recapping! One of my shows, CSI, returns next week on April 3. Another, Bones, returns on April 14. Unfortunately Life doesn't return until the fall but it does return, which makes me deliriously happy. If not for the strike, I don't know if Life would have survived and I would have been crushed to not have anymore Charlie Crews and Dani Reese on my TV. Finally, I will be recapping So You Think You Can Dance again this summer. It premieres May 22 and I'm starting to get really excited about its return.

As for shows I'm addicted to that I'm not recapping, here's my current TV schedule:

I've fallen behind on my Daily Jack posts, and of course I haven't even gotten to the Daily Milo. I've been really busy lately, with family visiting from out of town, a lot of recapping (I'm covering Hidden Palms for Darby this and next week, which means 6 hours of TV to recap in a 48 hour period, eek!), and Darby is moving in a little over a week. We've been roommates for almost 5 years and now she's moving 5 1/2 hours/2 states away, so I'm a little stressed, to say the least.

Anyway, I'll pick up the dailies again when things calm down but in the meantime, here is a picture of my adorable new kitten, Trixie. :D
