“Farewell, My Pet”

1) Lorelai and Rory joke around with Richard about his speed doing laps. Lorelai makes an excellent commentator… and she mentioned the steroid scandal, she gets my props.
2) Lorelai walks into the Dragonfly to find that Chin Chin passed away overnight. Lorelai offers the suggestion of a funeral and Michel takes the suggestion as an offer. I think Michel’s hair in this episode is nuts. It’s slightly spikier than usual.
3) Paris talks to Rory about how she’s “tamed” Logan, and how Logan is now Rory’s. Apparently by the look on Rory’s face, she’s not so sure about that. And Paris has like 200 resumes, which is sort of nuts. One would suffice, with words slightly changed.
4) Annoying guest at the inn decides he’s going to question Lorelai’s itemized list of charges. That’s so annoying… I work in retail and when people do that it’s nuts. You bought 300 dollars worth, don’t question me please!
5) Ick. There’s Christopher. He claims he needs space, and I totally agree with Lorelai, Christopher was slightly flaky on the whole Richard in the hospital thing. Luke was there because he truly cared, and Christopher was just… ugh, Christopher. *Shudder*
6) Lorelai’s cell phone and her work phone are being used simultaneously. She’s talented! And Lorelai fills Rory in on the Christopher situation. Rory sides with the totally correct person, Lorelai, and I am so happy. SO glad Rory’s not Switzerland.
7) Richard’s replacement is totally… good looking. He’s not bad to look at, at all. Rory doesn’t think so, either…
8) Lorelai walks in on Christopher watching basketball (ick) and (wow, what a hero) he programmed her remote! And Christopher is totally jealous over a character reference. Wow, I never understood that… Lorelai didn’t cheat on Christopher, but he still feels so angry. I think he’s got his head where the sun don’t shine and his ego is so big he takes it the wrong way. But obviously it’s all Christopher’s fault. Blame all problems on Christopher. Famine, avalanches… all Christopher.
9) Michel yells at Lorelai for her lack of effort with the funeral for Chin Chin. Lorelai reacts the way anyone would, slightly annoyed, and stressed, because there’s a lot of stuff on her mind. Poor Lorelai!
10) Paris can’t find the books she hid, bummer. I hope someone hides books for me! I don’t want crappy books.
11) Lorelai and Michel stop by Luke’s, and Luke’s only scene in the ENTIRE episode is him waving to Lorelai. That’s so annoying. Why isn’t Luke able to SPEAK in this episode? Uh, oh yeah, it’s because CHRISTOPHER takes up ALL THE AIR TIME!
12) Rory admits her feelings for the replacement to Logan, Logan’s cool with it… wow, Logan’s nice then, but at the end? Okay off track.
13) Lorelai admits to Christopher that she isn’t all in the marriage (finally)… and Christopher seems to understand. But obviously Lorelai’s crying because she’s upset she hurt Christopher. That’s nuts. Be vindictive for once, Lorelai, you deserve to be happy. You weren’t happy unless you were with Luke. SO be happy! And you don’t want to want Christopher.
