NUMB3RS, 4,01 "Trust Metric"
Okay, now how excited was everyone to see this? After the Janus List...well, judging by all the post-Janus fics at ff.net, everyone was excited.
- Blah, blah, blah. We know what happened last season. Especially with Colby. So maybe I did watch the Janus List four times, and each time it was still shocking.
- Don. What are doing? Ohhh. Watching the tapes over and over again. I love the way this is being shot, but I feel depressed already.
- Megan. And Larry. In the same scene. Wow. I love Megan's hair, for the record. She looks great. Not sure about Larry's beard.
- Charlie! Amita! Hi. Amita's just standing there, good, she's achieved that. And Charlie's teaching. What? How...odd.
- David's busting up some party. Drug dealing? Sure. I have no idea. I also realize these first few points are in no order, but this is the way I remember them.
- Again, Don with the tapes. Seriously. And I'll just jump to Alan. Gotta love Alan.
- Colby, in jail, talking to some guy. Guy's giving him a key to get out. Oh, my.
So basically, this is turning out to be amazing. Colby and creepy Dwayne escape. Don has a very un-Don like moment. Then he makes megan angry, which could be bad for him, while David, as usual has very little purpose. Please, please, please give him something awesome to do. Poor David, stuck explaining everything.
Colby calls Charlie. Wow.
I love the way this episode was shot.
And...Colby gets tortured by Val Kilmer. Nice. Gotta admit, Dwayne come out okay by shooting Val, but Colby owes him again. That sucks.
Math always saves the day, though. Colby's in the hospital now.
*squees* It was too good! Next Friday...seems so far away.

I loved this episode. And someone's got a whole load of points. I haven't been on Famesters in FOREVER. SO I've missed a lot. But loved your thoughts of the episode.
Season Premiere
I love this episode. It has to be one of the best that I've ever seen. Really want to watch it again, just for the heck of it. I could definitely see how Don could make Megan mad though, for the sake that ever since she's returned it's been kind of odd between them, like they're not on the same page anymore.
Guess Dwayne couldn't handle seeing Colby getting tortured anymore, but I didn't think that Dwayne survived, did he? I sware when he got shot, he was shot a couple times, and there was a grim look on Don and David's face... maybe that was just for Colby's sake. I'll have to watch again to make clear of what exactly happened. I think the happiness factor when I was watching, and helping clean the kitchen, kind of stood in the way of all the details.
And yes, Friday is too far away. It's only Monday *sigh*
