According to insiders, Miss Beauty missed a recent public event on her doctor’s orders, because she’d just undergone breast-enlargement surgery, at her boyfriend’s suggestion. Not sure if *I* would call her vivacious or an actress (or a beauty)...but other items fit. My guess is Heidi from The Hills. I've heard that she just had breast enlargement surgery due to her slimy boyfriend's suggestion. Plus she wasn't at the reunion appearance when the season finale aired.
