It includes 3 foundations, 1 blush/face color, and 1 concealer, all with your choice of color and finish. I ordered my kit on Tuesday and it arrived yesterday. The samples are a decent size, good enough for 3-5 applications (more with the concealer), and the little pots are adorable. I haven't actually tried the makeup yet so I can't vouch for the quality, but I spilled some of the blush on my hand and the color (B&B) was lovely and shimmery.
