If you haven't seen "Knocked Up" yet, you have to stop whatever you're doing right now, run out, and buy your ticket!

Somehow Apatow managed to create another movie that's full of raunchy boy-humor AND has a lot of heart and sincerity. And he does it without getting too sappy or too stupid.

Has anyone else seen it? I'm curious about other people's opinions....

I heard that they ripped this movie off some book of the same name..Has anyone read the book... I really want to see the movie and now I think I will have to find that book if it is real.

I checked out the book on Amazon and it exists but, its an autobiography of the author and is a lot different than the movie. Seems like they have the same name and condition but that's all there is to it.

Okay, the book is actually of the same title. If they have info linking apatow to the author; as in he read the book or approached her about a film version,then there's actually some credibility to the author's argument.

If you see the movie(go! see it NOW)you can tell that the humor is distinctly apatow/rogen (based on "40 year old virgin", "Undeclared"...)
I'm interested to see how this all plays out...

I think the author is saying she shopped the book for a film deal and then Apatow/rogen came up with their script that is simular but not the same
