I love this band! Nothing like a bunch of Irish fellows and a bagpipe. My family is a walking Irish stereotype so I have a good excuse.

You can check out their US tour schedule on their website. The always hit NY, Boston, and Penn. It is usually in a bar so that always equals a good time. I have seen that they hit Ohio before.

I love the Dropkick Murphys. I have a soft spot for them for two reasons. 1) I'm an Irish girl, and 2) I'm a Red Sox fan, and if they write a song about the Red Sox, I'm all in!

These guys are so awesome. I love that it is comparable to real Irish jigs, but modern. There is a song called "Shipping Up to Boston" I think you might like DieHard. Also on the CD version of "Spicy McHaggis" at the very very end after the music stops...there is a little extra that has the guys joking around and pretending to be sports broadcasters. They yell "Boston has won the world series for the 11th time! It's bedlam absolute bedlam!" I thought you might get a kick out of that.
