Well, of course I had to start a thread for my favorite show. *draws hearts around Grissom and the team* Talk about the reigning champion of procedural dramas here! Miami and NY fans, feel free to start separate threads for those. I don't think discussion about all three shows have to go in the same single thread. :)

Sara is Love

Hmm. Well, your opinion and all. I happen to adore Sara. She's my favorite character on the show and I think Jorja Fox is one of the hottest women on TV.
I Love Sara Too

She's probably one of the most believable characters on the show. When she's spouting off forensic speak, I actually believe what she's saying.
I'm so interested in seeing the season finale. Supposedly she's in danger, and her affair with Grissom finally comes out in the open. Woo-hoo!
Yay, fellow Sara fan!

Woohoo! Come sit by me, WillyWonka. Anyone who loves Sara is a friend of mine. =D

I totally have to jump in to share the Sara love. I'm glad though it took this long to get the pair together and am dying to know what'll happen when it becomes common knowledge.
Labrats FTW!

I really, really enjoyed this episode...it will probably go in my top ten favorite CSI episodes. I loved that the little guys got a chance to shine, because it happens to rarely (on TV OR in real life). Hodges was particularly funny, and the "lucky" scene was excellent.
The subplots were funny, too...the rat, and the buttprint Sara found, and Catherine's clown. This was an all-around great episode, in spite of the many flashbacks that could have slowed things down. Instead, it was light-hearted and gave me warm fuzzies (not my usual feeling after CSI, in spite of how much I enjoy it). Yay, Hodges!
I'm going to papercut you ferociously.
Afraid of Flashbacks.

Yes, I was afraid when I got wind that there would be Miniature Killer flashbacks, but I loved how they pulled it off. Minor nitpick that the ELO song for Hodges "lucky day" is becoming way too over used. See VW ad, see Doctor Who, see that movie...
I hope this means there's some crazy miniature killer stuff coming up and it doesn't whimper out like the plotline from the Taratino episode...
Ending Happy

What did y'all think of last night's episode? I loved it! I'm a Grissom/Sara 'shipper so I nearly died from squee after their sex and love talk. She makes him happy! Awwwwww.
I also loved all of the Brass one-liners, especially "Do I look like Paula Abdul to you?" Hee! Paul Guilfoyle friggin' rocks.
I didn't realize until this morning that Dreama was played by Ashley Johnson aka Chrissy Seaver on Growing Pains. Wow, I feel old. And little Chrissy as a hooker is just wrong. Heh.
I can't believe there are only three episodes left. I'm going to go through major withdrawals this summer. This season has really hit a creative high, IMO, and I hope they'll continue to bring their A game in season 8.
Growing Pains

I recognized the Growing Pains chick and was horrified. Also knew that she must be the culprit. I can't wait to see if the rumors about the end of the season are truuuuueee... (that's to bug you Annie).
Leapin' Lizards

This was definitely a filler episode and not even one of their better filler episodes this season, but I liked the subplot with Greg being bitten, the batshit craziness of Ally Sheedy and Enrico Colantoni's performances, and, of course, the domestic scene with Grissom, Sara, and their doggeh. Awwwww. And I loved that Sara got to read Grissom's letter and that she really knows now how he feels about her. Double awwwwww. *hearts*

I'm holding my breath waiting to see how much you love the end of the season.
I already know

I read the casting sides weeks ago and the rumors have been building since last fall, so I already know about the thing to which you're referring. As for how I feel about it? I'm taking a "wait and see" approach. I tend to not get excited and/or upset by things until I actually see how they play out.
Stay away from casting

Stay away from casting sides! And call sheets!
There's been drama on set as well. We'll chat more afterwards.

Yay, the return of Lady Heather tomorrow night! Well, tonight, technically, but since I haven't gone to bed yet it's tomorrow to me. I can't wait! I adore Lady Heather. *bounces and twirls excitedly*
CSI: The Experience
Annie
on Sat, 2007-05-26 10:32
CSI: The Experience, an interactive museum exhibit, opened in Chicago this week. Most of the entire main cast (except for Paul Guilfoyle and Louise Lombard) was in attendance for the grand opening, as well as several of the recurring cast and some of the production team. There are some pictures here, including an adorable one of Marg, George, and Eric, and a video here (click on The CSI Experience Opens). The exhibit will be in Chicago until September, then it will begin touring other museums in the country.
Season 8 Premiere Tonight!

on Thu, 2007-09-27 11:11
The premiere of season 8 is tonight and we will know for sure about Sara's fate by the end of the episode. I am 95% sure she's going to live and Jorja is not leaving the show but that 5% is making me more and more nervous as the day progresses. *bites nails*

CSI isn't CSI without Sara
Annie
on Sat, 2007-09-29 17:04
I debated whether I should put this here or in the spoilers thread but since it's on the homepages of TV Guide and EW, it's not really a spoiler.
Anyway, I'm sure many of you have read the stories/rumors about Jorja Fox possibly departing the series in November. If you would like to help prevent that from happening, click here:
http://www.yourtaxdollarsatwork.us/forums/index.php?showtopic=21865
CSI is still the #1 drama on TV in part because of its cast chemistry. Jorja leaving would completely change the dynamic of the show and not in a good way. If you agree, join the campaign.
Support Jorja!
Annie
on Fri, 2007-10-05 09:56
If any of y'all has a Digg account and you want to help out with the campaign for Jorja, please digg this article and help get it on the Digg front page.
Related, two sites that are campaigning to both keep Jorja on CSI and show the fans' appreciation for her work are:
Dollars for Sense
Jorja Fox Appreciation
There's lots of info on both sites about what can be done and what's already been done, such as two banner flyovers and sending a 100 balloons to CBS. For the record, I don't think any of this will change Jorja's or CBS' minds, but I have and will continue to support the campaign so that she knows how many fans adore her and will miss her.

Sara is blech.
Definitely the other shows don't have to go in here, because they are terrible. Original recipe is the only way to go. On the topic of Grissom and Sara though... what the hell. Sara has always struck me as a dumpy lesbian. And that's not being rude, that's being fo' reals. For a long time my fiancee and I debated whether Jorja Fox was pregnant or just had a big ol' beer belly for a chick. Turns out it must have been a beer belly.
