I've learned a few of the possible top 20 finalists so I thought I'd post them in case anyone is interested. None of these are confirmed so don't kick me in the shins if they don't end up making it.
Lacey Schwimmer (Benji's sister)
Faina (Stanislav's sister - I don't know her last name)
Anya and Pasha (couple who auditioned in NYC)
Hok
Danny Tidwell (Travis Walls's informally adopted brother, trained at Travis' mom's studio)
Jaimie Goodwin (trained at Travis Wall's mom's studio)
Marcelino "Ricky" Palomino (no idea who he is)
Dejanee (auditioned last season)
Caitlin (just turned 18 yo girl, auditioned in Atlanta)
Brianne (cruise ship girl)

SYTYCD Top 20 Week One Spoilers

The taping for Wednesday's performance episode was tonight and here are spoilers for the pairs (which will be permanent until one of a pair goes home) and what kind of dance they did. These are from TWOP and IdolForums:
Jaimie and Hok: Hip-hop
Anya and Danny: Jive
Lacey and Kameron: Contemporary
Sabra and D-Trix: Disco
Ashlee and Ricky: Argentine Tango
Sara and Jesus: Pop Jazz
Pasha and Jessi: Smooth Waltz
Faina and Cedric: Hip-hop
Lauren and Neil: Club Salsa
Jimmy and Shauna: Broadway
The standouts were Lacey/Kameron and Sara/Jesus. Ashlee/Ricky were the worst and Lauren/Neil were just okay.

I am soo soo soo excited about this show, but I haven't seen any of the pairs dance yet so I'll get back to ya with what I think :)

Cedric and Faina had the worst dance of the night. Hok and Jaimie also didn't do that well.
SYTYCD Top 16 Week 3 Spoilers

I'll have more spoilers for this week later but first I have some really big news.
Pasha will not be dancing with Jessi on Wednesday. At the taping last night, it was announced that Jessi had to be taken to the hospital and she was diagnosed with a heart condition (eek!). Pasha danced with the choreographer's assistant instead. If Jessi is well enough on Thursday, she will have to dance a solo whether Pasha is in the bottom 3 or not. If she's not well enough to come back, she will be cut. There will still be a bottom three, so if Jessi is there then three (if Pasha is in the bottom three) or four (if he's not) girls will dance solos, but if she's not there all 3 girls in the bottom 3 will be safe and Jessi will be cut by default.
Poor Jessi. As much as her dancing sometimes annoyed me, I hope she'll be okay.
BTW, just curious - is anyone reading these spoilers or am I just yapping to myself here?

I registered so I could tell you that I appreciate your spoilers.
I feel sorry for Pasha and Jessi. Anytime you have to change partners
it would mess you up. I wish Jessi well. Pasha is one of my favorites based
on dancing skills and personality.
Thanks again. Keep up the spoilers and I'll go back to reading and
appreciating your posts.

More SYTYCD Spoilers
Some changes in the spoilers, deletions and one addition. According to sources, Phillip the popper (hee, I initially typed that as "Phillip the pooper." I am 12) and Brianne (cruise ship girl) reportedly did NOT make it, but Dominic aka D'Trix did make it to the top 20.
Also not making it to the top 20 are Brandon the clogger, Olivia (cancer mom girl), Caitlin (youngest girl) and Morgan (Avril Lavigne-looking girl). I've also heard rumors that Chuy didn't make it but I'm ignoring them. LALALALALA NOT LISTENING.
