I can really only tolerate Meredith when she's happy and since I don't want to see the return of Mopey Meh, I voted for Derek to stay with Meredith.

Actually I think he can do both. His girl is a doctor and knows the demands. Besides her Mom was all work and no Mer, I think she knows the drill. He can have his cake and eat it too!!!
