I've already asked this question on my blog, but I'll ask the forums: did anyone catch "Skins" last night on BBC America?

What did you think? Is it just another trashy soap in the vein of "Gossip Girl", or is there a more profound message underneath all the drinking and drugging and shagging? Did you find the closed captioning useful? Is the slang making you go "WTF"?

How can this show not have it's own lounge topic yet?

Please! Chuch, Sarah, Jayne, uhh, I meant Casey, Ellie, Morgan, Captain Awesome, heck even big Mike, is fantastic.

I intend on gushing frequently.

If you didn't watch the pilot last night, you missed a brilliant, subversive, wickedly hilarious hour of TV. If you miss Arrested Development and you like a good, trashy nighttime soap opera, give this show a shot. It's delightful. :D

Gossip Girl premieres on the CW on Wednesday, September 19 at 9 PM.

Unfortunately, it's airing opposite two other new shows that are getting a lot of buzz -- Bionic Woman and Private Practice.

I'll be recapping Gossip Girl for The Recapist, and I can't wait!

Did anyone else watch the premiere? I loved Jeffery Donovan in "Touching Evil" and I'm glad to see him back her. Not to mention Gabrielle Anwar, and with an Irish accent... rawr.

Funny show. Slight plot (guessed whodunit very early). But as long as it stays quirky and manages to stay away from boring, then certainly a keeper.

Oh yeah, and how could I forget Bruce "The Man" Campbell!

Hey is anyone going to recap Army Wives? It's a really good show on Lifetime! Dramatic, funny, and just good. Last weeks new episode had a sniper in it! It also has a great group of girls being friends!! (Can you tell I like it?) So, watch this show, OKAY?

Does anyonw else watch this show? I love it and I can't tell you how good the new season is...am I the only one out there who watches this

UGH! What a let down! I have heard nothing but terrible reviews for the last Sopranos episode. It is also reported that HBO's site crashed due to the all the Sopranos fans logging their complaints! What did you think?

I realize September is a long way off but a girl has to plan her schedule, right? So does anyone have any thoughts/buzz on the new fall shows?

Yay, Bones is finally back tonight! It was supposed to have a new episode two weeks ago but FOX pulled it because of plot similarities to the VA Tech tragedy. They haven't yet announced when, or if, the episode will air. Unfortunately, I think some people may be confused a bit tonight as I know there were some developments in the pulled episode that carry over to the final three episodes of the season. Oh, well. It's not like this show requires flow charts and heavy research to follow what's going on. Heh.

Anyway, new episode tonight. "Spaceman in a Crater" will air at 8:00 pm EST on FOX. Don't forget to watch!
